El Viaje a Ninguna Parte is the fourth studio album by Enrique Bunbury recorded from 2003 to 2004 at the Music Lan studios in Figueres (Girona). It is recorded on two discs of ten songs each. This album shows the more traveling side of Bunbury.

It is a conceptual album, telling brief stories lived by Enrique on a trip through Central America, before and during the recording of the album. Obviously, these little experiences were magnified and metaphorized by the artist from Zaragoza, to the point of being sentimental anthems for his followers and truths taught by him.

On the journey to nowhere, Bunbury leaves behind the eccentric amounts of mixes of his predecessor works and enters different, picturesque, ethnic and little explored sonorities, but always with the unique "bunburezco" sound.

The trip to nowhere has been recognized as one of the best deliveries of the Spanish Musician,[citation needed] containing passages of true melancholy and heartbreaking nostalgia, Enrique's evident sadness appears in almost all the songs, friendship and good will are other topics of the lyrics of the album.

Bunbury brings to the table the melancholy, the sadness, the anger and the truths learned from the outcome of a hurricane love story, without denying the good will that remains and those things that will have to be rescued, such as friends.

The album shows El Huracán Ambulante (Enrique Bunbury's Band from 1999 to 2005) at his best, exploiting his talent towards inhospitable and quite pleasant horizons, offering a loom of inexhaustible and always timely sound possibilities.[1]
